Behind KAAMP are three brothers from Normandy who fell in love with the Monts du Lyonnais—a place that still offers the beauty of nature, but with more sunshine and rolling hills.
Together, we set out to give this campsite a new lease of life. Rémi, the only brother based on site, manages the day-to-day operations and welcomes our guests, while his two brothers support the development of the project from afar.
Our vision is simple: improve the campsite without changing its soul. Rather than transforming everything overnight, we're gradually introducing thoughtful additions that enhance comfort—a well-integrated swimming pool, a children's playground, and practical facilities—while preserving the natural setting and peaceful atmosphere that make this place special.
Every improvement is carefully considered to fit seamlessly into the existing landscape, ensuring sustainable development and a better experience for every guest.

Moving away from the traditional image of camping—often rustic or outdated—we embrace a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic inspired by urban design and brutalist architecture.
Designed as a modern base camp, KAAMP is made for a new generation of travellers seeking to disconnect from everyday life, reconnect with nature, and share memorable moments. Here, adventure and relaxation exist in perfect balance, offering an authentic escape in a preserved natural environment.
Our visual identity reflects this philosophy: bold, clean, and structured, in harmony with the raw beauty of the surrounding landscapes and the simplicity of outdoor living. From typography and photography to every design detail, everything is inspired by movement, exploration, and community—creating a brand that feels modern, authentic, and deeply rooted in its surroundings.
